Café Manager

About the Café Manager position:

  • As a Café Manager you will take responsibility for the business performance of the restaurant
  • Develop staff as individuals and into a team
  • Analyze and plan restaurant sales levels and profitability
  • Prepare reports at the end of the shift/week, including staff control, food control and sales
  • Create and execute plans for profit and staff development
  • Manage a budget and controlling costs
  • Coordinate the entire operation of the restaurant during scheduled shifts
  • Manage staff throughout their shifts and provide them feedback
  • Respond to customer comments onsite, online, and through our "café health" system
  • Ensure that all employees adhere to the company's uniform standards
  • Greet customers and conduct table visits to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Recruit, hire, train, and motivate staff
  • Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health & safety
  • Check stock levels and order supplies

We’re looking for:

  • At least 1-2 years of management experience
  • Open availability including weekends and holidays
  • Able to work in any one of our North Orange County locations
  • Minimum age – 18 years
