Entry Level Healthcare

Our Client, a health care company in Center City, is seeking a patient service coordinator to join their team. If you are qualified for this role, please apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Healthcare-related field: Biology, Healthcare Administration, Health Studies
• Recent experience utilizing medical terminology (within the last 6 months)
• Minimum of 6 months of administrative or customer service experience

Job Description

• Communicate directly with claimants and providers

• Check that appointments for patients including follow-up appointments and rescheduled appointments are made

• Ensure all patients and providers receive necessary documentation

• Confirm consultative reports and diagnostic test results are received in a timely manner

• Obtain medical history for specific conditions

• Answer phones from automated call distribution system
