Kaleidoscope Academy has immediate openings for qualified candidates in both our Columbus and Bordentown locations. We are a privately owned and operated child care center. We believe in time-honored traditional services parents and families have come expect in child care.

Positions are available in the following classrooms:

• Lead Teacher- Toddler One (12 to 18 mths) Columbus location
• Lead Teacher- Toddler Two (18 tmhs to -2 1/2 yrs) Columbus location
• Lead Teacher- Preschool One (2 1/2 - 3 yrs) Columbus location
• Assistant Teacher- various positions in Bordentown and Columbus locations

The ideal candidate should be an energetic and motivated individual who genuinely enjoys teaching, interacting and caring for children of all ages as well as their parents. Candidate must be able to write, implement and/or follow lesson plans based off of the monthly themes and curriculum used. Candidates should posses excellent classroom management skills, time management, excellent written and oral communication skills, multi-tasking, ability to maintain a clean environment and follow all state rules and regulations

Candidate must be able to pass all required state background checks and physical.

Candidates:

• Must have experience in a licensed center
• Must be able to work with children ages 6 weeks to 6 years
• Follow The Creative Curriculum with monthly add-ons
• Plan, write and implement the curriculum on a daily basis
• Must be confident in the classroom
• Must be knowledgeable in early childhood education
• Must be creative, warm, patient, and passionate about your work
• Must have effective classroom management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Desire to work as part of a team
• Adhere to uniform guidelines
• Adhere to center's job description
• Must able to perform light housekeeping duties
