About this job

•	Assisting with recruitment of candidates, sourcing applicants, contacting active and passive job seekers, pre- screening applicants, scheduling interviews, background screening, taking direction regarding staffing needs
•	Updating and maintaining google docs or excel documents with applicant and candidate information
•	Assisting with New Hire paperwork and on-boarding processes
•	Termination paperwork and exit strategies
•	Updating and maintaining google docs or excel documents with employee information such as, hire dates, evaluation dates, birth dates, addresses, shirt sizes, training dates, etc.
•	Answering and making calls, sending and receiving emails
•	Communicate with staff, store employees, Managers, and Regional Managers
•	Scheduling training attendees, maintaining training log documents, assisting with compilation of training materials
•	Assist with Health Care benefit processing. Obtaining needed forms from employees and checking for accuracy. Filing forms and documents
•	Updating OSHA log book as needed
•	Clerical duties, filing, cleaning, organizing
•	Any other administrative needs as determined

Requirements

•	Must be punctual and have an excellent attendance record
•	High School Graduate or GED equivalent
•	Ability to convey a positive and professional image to candidates and employees
•	Have working knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, G-mail, Google Docs, etc.
•	Strong verbal and communication skills. Strong phone skills.
•	Urgency in action- can meet deadlines.
•	Confidentiality.
•	Strong organizational skills.
•	Ability to work under direction or independently
•	Recruitment and/or HR background a plus
