The position of Treasury Management Application Support Analyst acts as the subject matter expert for all TM banking products and services. This position is responsible to work closely and collaboratively with the Enterprise Project Management Office, Product Office, Treasury Management sales support, Marketing and IT relative to TM Electronic Banking product development, testing and roll-out. TM Application Support is responsible for identifying, assessing and recommending to management the implementation of operational control procedures relative to the electronic banking products and services. Coordinates on special projects, forms, training material, and serves as the department's liaison to the Information Technology department for systems administration. Responsibilities Subject matter expert for the Treasury Management Electronic Banking Products and services offered by the bank. Performs testing of product enhancement releases, user acceptance testing, and issue resolution. Troubleshoots vendor supported and internally hosted applications and engages with correct departmentalvendor resources to assist in correcting problems when necessary. Level 2 3 support for internal departments across all support applications. Direct responsibility for coordination of special projects relative to gathering data, special reporting, etc for management, audit and other departments as assigned. Partners with Product, Marketing, and Training departments to communicate product information to internal departments and customers. Oversees the conversion of existing customers and new customers acquired through acquisitions into newexisting product lines. Responsible for maintaining logs for product issues, enhancements, defects, and testing of electronic banking applications. Qualifications Associates Degree with 3 to 5 years Banking and Financial Services experience required 1 to 3 years Online Banking Applications experience required. 1 to 3 years Treasury Management experience preferred. AAP (Accredited ACH Professional) desired CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) desired Advanced skills in personal computer operation word processing and spreadsheet software programs Strong organizational and time management skills Exceptional oral, and written communication skills to allow for the carrying out of instructions, interpreting documents, understanding procedures, writing reports and correspondence. Strong leadership skills with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
