We are seeking an ambitious, self-motivated, highly enthusiastic, people-person with solid communication skills to be part of our growing team. The ideal candidate will be well organized, self motivated, extremely professional, able to prioritize, and can manage hisher time effectively. Responsibilities Expectations Identify new business opportunities by marketing our services to potential clients via email, cold calling, appointment setting, and mail campaign. Reestablish and bridge new connections with former clients Coordinate with recruiting staff to better address client needs Update the sales database throughout the recruiting and sales cycle Negotiate Contract and FTE placement terms Visit client sites to meet with our consultants and client managers Requirements Staffing industry experience or equivalent experience from a service-oriented industry Excellent communicationpresentation skills Strong recruitment and placement background Confident sales and closing ability Be able to travel throughout the Southern New Jersey region and Philadelphia area Must be able to work in an extremely fast paced environment with multiple projects going on Must be able to overcome objections with positive insight and solutions Have the ability to close business with firm commitments We offer a competitive base salary plus an excellent commission structure.
