This employee is expected to perform a variety of clerical and administrative duties, with a secondary responsibility of assisting with staffing needs for our clients. Responsibilities
- Answer each incoming call in a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable manner
- Assist with hiring of new caregivers
- Assist with billing and payroll processing
- Assist with office management duties
- Assist with Client Care duties
- High-quality data entry, record keeping, and maintenance of clients and caregivers in franchise database
- Maintain regular attendance at the office to execute job responsibilities and perform any and all functions deemed necessary
- Be a team player, willing to assist all team members as needed
- High School Graduation
- One year of related business experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered
- Must possess a valid driver's license
