JRayl Transport is a family owned and operated company, in its 32nd year of operations, that was founded by a couple Owner/Operators! Headquartered in Akron, Ohio, with additional terminals in Ohio, Texas, Virginia, Indiana and other strategically placed yards in your area!! We offer Salary, Hourly and Mileage programs for our Class A Local, Regional and OTR Drivers. All of our driving positions offer a 100% Paid Basic Insurance or our Anthem Blue Cross Benefits package.
The safety of our drivers is our #1 priority and we want to be sure every driver has the knowledge to succeed! JRayl offers planning, maneuverability, e-logs, and/or safety awareness training to ensure our Drivers maximize their payout and get home every week to their families safely!
To Join the Family:
MUST be 21 years of age.
MUST have Class A CDL, no restrictions.
JRayl Family Members can expect:
TEAMS can expect $70,000 - 78,000 earnings Per Year* (based upon mileage rate and average miles ran per week)
TEAMS enjoy a $0.60/mile split rate - PLUS Per Diem!
JRayl's Lanes run the Midwest/Eastern half of the United States.
JRayl gets our drivers home EVERY WEEKEND!
Out 5.5 days at a time.
NO TOUCH FREIGHT!! Unload for $$ Incentives!
PAID 2 - 3 Day Orientation - $100/day
Consistent miles and freight: 4500 - 5000 average miles a week.
All 53' Dry Van - General Commodities
Referral and Safety bonuses!!
50% - 60% Drop and Hook Freight
Customizable Medical Benefits Packages
401K with Company Match
Company Paid Life Insurance Plan and Long-Term Disability Plan
Holiday and Vacation Pay
