LGC Hospitality - Detroit is currently recruiting for Environmental Service Specialists to work with our partners!
EVS will be focused on sanitation, and cleaning of patient rooms and all other areas in a hospital. This position is the main defense against serious infections that may linger on surfaces throughout a medical facility.
Responsibilities:
- Cleanliness of the hospital facility which includes, soil bed sheets, vomit, and blood.
- Communicating effectively with leadership and members of hospital staff
- Properly utilize sanitation equipment
Qualifications:
- HS Diploma / GED Completion
- CPR Certification - American Heart Association (NOT Required but a plus)
- Current TB/MMR Immunization Shot Completed
- Reliable transportation
