AREA SUPERVISOR - FULL-TIME POSITIONS AVAILABLE!

 

Under the direction of the Assistant Store Manager, the Area Supervisor is responsible for the daily merchandising of designated areas of the store. The Area Supervisor controls ordering, receiving, stocking, signing, ad setup, and maintenance standards in their area. The Area Supervisor also participates in the coverage and responsibilities of the Front End/Service Desk. The role of the Area Supervisor is designed to develop future OSJL managers. Associates in this position should be open to development to management level positions.

 

FRONT END SUPERVISOR:  PART-TIME POSITIONS AVAILABLE!

 

An OSJ Front End Supervisor provides world class customer service and effectively supports their front end team in striving to improve every customer’s experience. The Front End Supervisor also ensures all cashiers are properly trained and compliant to OSJL policies and procedures as well working to protect company assets.

 

DEPARTMENT HEAD - FULL-TIME AND PART-TIME POSITIONS AVAILABLE!

The Department Head performs a range of duties to meet the needs of customers and the business. These duties include merchandising and maintaining the sales and stockroom areas of their assigned department(s) according to company policies and procedures. The Department Head also works as part of the store team to perform sales transactions and assist customers on the sales floor.

SALES ASSOCIATES - PART-TIME POSITIONS AVAILABLE!

 

The Sales Associate performs a range of duties to meet the needs of customers and the business. These duties include performing sales transactions and assisting customers on the sales floor. The Sales Associate also works as part of the store team to merchandise and maintain the sales and stockroom areas according to company policies and procedures.
