HVAC Lead Installer

Westenn Mechanical is looking for a highly experienced HVAC Commercial/Residential Lead Installer to join our growing company. As a Commercial/Residential Lead Installer you must have excel with both residential and commercial HVAC systems for new construction and remodel to include but not limited to boilers, in-floor heating, ductless split systems and residential split systems for starters. This position requires a strong problem solving and analytical skill set along with the ability to meet deadlines with minimal or no supervision. The ability to accept change is highly important when needed while ensuring there is customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service with high standards for ethical conduct while meeting deadlines. This individual will also be able to train other installers to improve the performance of the company over time.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

· 5+ years HVAC Installation Commercial & Residential

· Valid Driver’s License & Insurable Driving Record

· Mechanical Aptitude and Electrical Skills

· Fluent understanding of HVAC Terminology

· Working knowledge of heating system parts, components & functions

· EPA Refrigerant Certification Required

· Team Oriented with Strong Communication Skills

· Excellent Attendance

· Self-Starter and able to take initiative

· Excellent Organizational Skills
