Machine Operator/Fabricator - Full-time / Part-time

Description:

The openings are either for our Large Diameter Screen Machine, Fine Wire Machines, or Wire Mill Machines. Could help out with plasma operators and waterjet machines too.

Duties will include; set up and operate plasma cutting machine, handle both parts and materials, operate an overhead crane & forklift as needed, perform preventative maintenance, maintain proper paperwork and documentation, train others to operate plasma cutter, maintain organized work area, and inspect completed parts.

2nd Shift- 3pm to 1am M-Th, $0.75/HR Shift Differential

3rd Shift- 7pm to 5am M-TH, $1.00/HR Shift Differential

Weekend Shift- 5am to 5pm F,S,S. Work 36 hours and get ghosted 4 hour, so their weekly pay adds up for 40 hours per week.

$19-$23/hr

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

-Experience operating some sort of machines and have experience in a manufacturing setting. They will be trained in on operating plasma cutter or similar fabrication equipment such as shear, water jet, band saw, etc.

- strong mechanical aptitude

- Experience using inspection tools such as calipers, gauges, micrometers, etc.

- ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

- Strong communication skills
