Have you experienced dramatic changes in your sales pipeline in the category of services you provide to commercial property owners and facility managers? 

 

Our Client has not experienced any slowdown and is seeking a tenacious, charismatic Business Development Manager in the Indianapolis-Muncie markets to keep up with demand.

 

Landscape experience is not required - But a track record developing relationships and sales to facilities managers of commercial property is a must.

 

Primary Duties:

  • Create and execute a sales plan to grow market share of landscape & snow services
  • Represent company in professional groups/associations
  • Develop - and close - winning proposals that tie directly to client objectives, company capabilities and profit goals

Requirements:
