Pacific Coast Producers, a leading private label food processor headquartered in Northern California, is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor for the Customer Service Department at its Corporate Office in Lodi, CA.
The Customer Service Supervisor will be responsible for managing customer relations for selected retail customer accounts including processing orders, handling inquiries, and resolving issues; and will assist Sales Managers and the Director of Customer Service with service and support of customers. This position supervises a Team consisting of up to 5 Customer Service Representatives and will be responsible for hiring, training and development, coaching and counseling, performance management, and managing work flow of staff.
This position reports to the Director of Customer Service, works under limited supervision, and has considerable responsibility for departmental results. The successful Customer Service Manager will suggest and implement new processes that will increase the efficiency of their team.

- A minimum of three (3) years of customer service experience - with at least one year in a supervisory role
- Proven problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
