Recruiting & Engagement Coordinator Job Description

Objective:
The Recruiting & Engagement Coordinator will perform a variety of duties for the recruitment & retention of CAREGiversSM. The perfect candidate for this position will be able to not only recruit, screen, hire, and onboard a staff of CAREGivers, but also develop and maintain a workplace culture that fosters productivity and retains quality and productive CAREGivers. Someone with an uplifting and positive attitude who is excited to work as a team will be a perfect fit for our workplace culture.

Qualifications:

• Must have computer skills and be proficient in Excel and Word
• Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to listen effectively
• Must have the ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality of information and meet deadlines
• Must demonstrate effective interpersonal skills as well as sound judgment and good decision-making skills
• Must demonstrate discretion, integrity, and fair-mindedness consistent with office standards, practices, policies, and procedures
• Must have the ability to prioritize daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals
• Must have the ability to establish good working relationships with the franchise owner, office colleagues, CAREGivers and the community
• Must present a professional appearance and demeanor
• Must be patient and congenial on the telephone
• Must demonstrate excellent organizational skills
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds, position may require CAREGiving in emergency situations
• Must be available for after hours on-call rotation
• Must possess valid FL driver's license
• Must be able to pass an AHCA Level II background screening
