WHAT YOU DO
You assess each guest needs and inquire about contraindications before beginning services. You escort guests to/from the spa suite and frequently check with them to promote comfort, safety and security throughout service. You utilize the tools, equipment, and products provided to best service the guest and their unique needs. You maintain cleanliness of the workstation and treatment room throughout shift while disposing of trash and dirty linens and securing supplies and equipment at the end of each shift. Monitor and stick to the time schedule throughout the day and finally ensure that each guest leaves with a memorable experience.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
• Greets and services members in a friendly and professional manner
• Provides individualized skin and facial services plus body treatments that meet the clients' needs and expectations
• Serves as an expert in skin analysis and maintenance regimens
• Initiates, develops and maintains personalized relationships with clients
• Educates clients on Anda Spa products, services and treatments
• Discusses options with clients to determine the individual needs of each client
• Maintains Luxury Collection standards of appearance and cleanliness
• Promotes and sell skin services and treatments that encourages repeat business
• Remains current on certifications and new trends in the industry
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies
• All other duties as assigned by management
Position Requirements
This position does require a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• * High School Diploma or GED
• Esthetician License
• Ability to perform all types of skin services and treatments to include waxing.
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, commissions, and proportions
• Knowledge of basic PC operating
• Ability to stand, walk, reach and lift and move up to 50 pounds
Preferred Requirements
• * 2 years of experience as an esthetician in a professional environment
• Advanced Practice Esthetician license
• Knowledge of skin and body treatments, crystal theory and all other modalities.
• Experience with Book4Time
