Full-Time Evenings-Leadership Opportunity!!

Starting Pay: $18/HR with Full Benefits!

PAID travel time and mileage reimbursement between customer sites!!

Location : Various office buildings, medical clinics, and other professional office suites in/around  St. Cloud. 

Schedule:

Monday-Friday + Rotating On-Call Weekends- Full Time 40hrs/week starting at 5pm

Coordinating the activities of Cleaners in the absence of Account Manager on Wednesday Evenings

We are looking for a dedicated, client and employee focused individual that is passionate about delivering exceptional quality to assist in leading a team of Cleaning Specialists for our Janitorial Division in North St. Cloud.

The ideal candidate will deliver results by being process oriented, focus on continuous improvement, pay attention to details, and assist the Area Account Manager, being their lead.

Our company is growing and rapidly expanding which provides excellent opportunities for growth and advancement to potentially progress into an Area Account Manager.

One-Year Related Cleaning/Leadership Experience Preferred, Will Train the Right Candidate!

PHYSICAL DEMANDS OF THIS POSITION INCLUDE: wearing/using a 15 lb. Back-Pack Style Vacuum, Stooping, Bending, Reaching, lifting 25 lbs. Regularly, and or Lifting up to 50 lbs. on Occasion.

Essential Duties - Janitorial Duties:  80% of Time

Includes floor work using a back-pack vacuum and mop, dusting and straightening furniture, cleaning/sanitizing restrooms, removing trash and recycling, washing glass and doors, filling soap and towel dispensers, assuring the security of the facility and maintaining communication with crew leads and area managers as required.

Requirements

• For security purposes must have a clean and clear criminal history background
• Dependable, trustworthy, and professional presentation
• Ability to Withstand Physical Demands
• High School Diploma/GED
• Effective Communication Skills
• Reliable Personal Vehicle
• Valid Driver's License/Acceptable Driving Record
• 1-2 Years Cleaning/Leadership Experience
• Regular, consistent, and predictable attendance
