Front Desk Receptionist

We are currently seeking a Front Desk Clerk to join our team! You will be responsible for Checking in and Check you, Making new reservations , and other related tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Managing  reservations made online, on the phone, or in person, and verifying payment methods
• Welcoming and greeting Guests in a courteous and professional manner
• Check-in and check-out Guests
• Answering in-house guests and all incoming phone calls.
• Organize and keep  documents for the guests

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to operate a computer
• Ability to work varied shifts and flexible hours
• Positive attitude
• Previous Hospitality experience a plus
• Ability to handle cash and cash drawer
