Commercial Roofing and Siding Estimator

Seeking an experienced estimator for a commercial roofing and siding company based in Chantilly, VA.

Job Duties:

· Read and comprehend blueprints.

· Provide accurate labor and material takeoffs including bid documents and proposals

· Review contracts, prepare prequalification submittals and order materials

Education and Experience:

· Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel

· 5-years experience in either roofing or siding.

· Knowledge of Bluebeam software preferred

Requirements:

· Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

· Ability to travel within 120 miles

· Strong communications skills

· Must be a legal resident of the U.S.
