E-Commerce Shipper - Now Hiring

Job Identification:
•	Immediate Supervisor: E-Commerce Manager.
•	EEOC Class: Administrative Support Worker.
•	FLSA Status: Non-exempt.

Wage:  $17.25/hour.

Job Summary:
The E-Commerce Shipper inventories, packages, and ships items purchased through shopgoodwill.com.

Duties/Responsibilities:
•	Inventories items posted for sale on all selling platforms. 
•	Identifies sold product that needs to be shipped by pulling it daily.
•	Packs, seals, prints packing slips and labels, or affixes postage to prepare for shipping.
•	Ensures the right items are sent to the correct customer. 
•	Records shipping method and tracking number.
•	Transports product through warehouse to loading area.
•	Maintains a defect rate of less 4% on all shipped merchandise.
•	Ensures proper housekeeping, and safety within their desk and work area.
•	Performs other related duties as assigned that would lead to successful operation of department, team, and/or mission.

Required Skills/Abilities:
•	Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•	Ability to speak/read/write proficient English.
•	Knowledge of or the ability to learn Microsoft Office/Office 365.
•	Ability to read and perform basic math skills to calculate weights and shipping costs. 
•	Strong knowledge of computer use, familiarity with online sales vendors and related software programs.  
•	Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
•	Works well under pressure and with deadlines; ability to multitask.
•	Excellent time management skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
•	Honesty, integrity, reliability, punctuality.
•	Thorough knowledge about company’s mission and services.
•	Uphold compliance with all legal, health, and safety guidelines.

Required Experience:
•	High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements: 
•	Free from drug and alcohol abuse.
•	Stand for up to 8 hours per day.
•	Manual dexterity.
•	Ability to bend/squat/stoop.
•	Ability to lift/pull/push 50 lbs.

Environmental Conditions: 
•	Warehouse.

Equipment, machines and tools used:
•	Computer.
•	Printer
•	Phone.
•	Shipping station (UPS/USPS/FedEx).

Personal Protective Equipment Used – Assigned at orientation/as needed:
•	Gloves.
•	Safety belt.
•	Hand sanitizer (available at worksite)
•	Disinfectant wipes (available at worksite)
