*Application Development Sr. Manager-Conversion

Application Development Sr. Manager is a Senior Management position responsible for leading solution architecture, technical design and development of large scale complex global strategic change initiatives and business transformations.  The Overall objective for this role is to ensure the design and code is in accordance with Citi Standards, quality assurance, high value financial improvement initiatives and work with regional technology teams in implementing the global solution in all regions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver stable, scalable technology solutions while driving effectiveness and efficiency of AML Investigation applications globally
• Translate strategic initiatives into delivery-focused change initiatives
• Complement Sr. Business Analysts by designing and developing the technical solutions to support new ideas in enabling and streamlining AML Investigations processes and systems
• Supplement the vision with target capabilities, supporting principles and policies and a current state environmental assessment to provide contextual rationale
• Responsible for technical design document (TDD) and overall solution design charter.
• Analyze all data requirements and perform comprehensive data assessments to create data flow diagrams and create data model for the technology solution
• Responsible for designing architecture, data flow, and screen flow (UI) diagrams.
• Provide technology solutions to help reduce costs, manage risk, and enhance services
• Create and maintain project timelines for technical design, data modeling, and code development, system integration testing and application delivery (in phases).
• Coordinate with Operations & Technology Groups across regions to ensure that the system impact for any related systems are taken into effect in the change management process prior to implementation
• Acts as a change leader with the technology leadership and sponsor – a visible and clear leader for the solution and the delivery of its outcomes and benefits

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in Information Technology/Software development experience
• 5+years’ experience required with Actimize product tools especially Actimize Enterprise Risk Case Management (ERCM 5.13), Actimize designer, Actimize modeler, Actimize Intelligence server (AIS 5.24);
• 5+ years’ experience with Infrastructure Management tools - Network Data Mover(NDM), Autosys, App Dynamics , Single Sign On(SSO, Central Authentication service)
• 5+ years with Software development and release tools: Eclipse, Maven, Ration Team Concert(RTC), Release Life Management tool(RLM) Front end-client technologies: Extended JavaScript(EXTJS), JavaQuery(JQuery), Hyper Text Machine Language(HTML), Java Script Page(JSP), Velocity Template Language (VTL) Middleware client technologies: Java, Spring, Struts , J2EE , Apache POI
• Experience in analyzing technical feasibility of requirements by collaborating with architect, data base administrators and peer developers

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or equivalent work experience
