Office Admin Assistant

Growing 3PL Warehouse & Distributor seeking Admin. Professional to handle customer service duties for multiple accounts. Work in a comfortable work space and develop relationships with various clients while handling their daily customer service needs. Duties include checking drivers in/out of shipping/receiving office, cycle-counts, inventory validation, checking inbound deliveries and outbound orders, responding to emails, making delivery appointments, making pu appointments, scanning documents, making and applying labels and general clerical.

Should expect to learn internal Warehouse Management System as well as use outlook, excel and word on a regular basis. In addition, should expect to spend at least 30% of each workday on warehouse floor validating product inventories and checking outbound orders.
