Customer Service Representative/Order analyst (PART TIME)

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative with showroom experience to join our team! You will be responsible for helping builders and customers by managing/facilitating installations & scheduling in a quick-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Purchasing and tracking of all materials
• Ensure all job orders are submitted & completed accurately & in a timely fashion using Q Floors software. Some estimating may be required.
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.

• Previous experience in flooring and customer service, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Q Floors experience is a plus!!
• Must be computer literate.
