About this job

Description:

• Handling in-bound phone calls professionally and provide excellent customer service (35-55 calls per day)

• Research and Resolve Sales Agent’s questions relating to:

o how to use self- service tools and to troubleshoot system issues

o Member concerns

o Medicaid Verification

o Application Status and Eligibility

o On-boarding & Certification process

o Commission questions

• Document Call Resolution of each contact in various systems in a clear and concise manner

• Demonstrate the ability to provide a quality experience for all of our customers

• Meet minimal performance goals on a weekly basis

Customer service, Call center, Data entry, Inbound call, Banking, Medical, Csr, Customer support, Retail, Insurance, Service, Microsoft office

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of Customer Service experience

• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely (verbally and written)

• Strong computer skills are required, including but not limited to: knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Microsoft

Outlook, & keyboarding skills

• Ability to learn new computer applications quickly and toggle between multiple systems

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED)

• Ability to multi-task.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a call center

• Healthcare and/or insurance industry experience

• Medicare knowledge

• Experience supporting a sales team or working with sales representatives

• Experience navigating a computer while on the phone
