Kitchen Staff Member - Part-time

We are a premier fondue restaurant located near downtown Wilmington. Our mission is to provide the Perfect Night Out to our guests and a positive work environment to our team members. Our hours of operation are family and student friendly. We close at 9pm every day except Friday & Saturday, which is 10pm. We are looking for both full and part time. The Melting Pot in Wilmington is a great supplemental income job for those with day jobs or are in school.

Job requirements – a passion for providing exceptional food and beverages in a fun, polished casual restaurant.

Line cook – learn knife skills along with executing recipes to a standard. Minimal kitchen experience required. Training on the job will be provided. Don’t like working behind a hot line or late nights? We are the place for you!

Dishwasher – this is one of the most crucial and important jobs in the restaurant! We are looking for individuals with attention to detail and a good work ethic to get the job done right every time!

Server Assistant – assist servers throughout the evening as well as clean and reset tables. No late nights here which is great for high school student to work while in school or as a summer job.
