Compensation

• $27.31 an hour 
  • 48-52 hours per week on average with overtime pay
• Bonuses include:
  • $1,000 Referral Bonus
  • $5,000 Sign-on Bonus
• Paid via direct deposit/weekly

Home Time, Route, & Schedule

• Home Daily!
• Zero layover routes
• Afternoon Dispatch between 2:30 and 5:00 PM
• Scheduled 10 to 14 hour shifts/10-12 stops per shift
• Level of Touch: Unloading Freight at each drop off location

Equipment

• Late model Volvos & Petes (All Day cabs)
• 48’ Lift Gate Trailers (lift gates on tail end)
• Pallet Jack Manual/Electric /Dolly

Qualifications

• Must have CDL A license
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have a minimum of 1 year verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years
• Must be able to frequently lift/handle cases ranging from 5-50 pounds.
• No DUI/DWIs in last 10 years
• Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations
• Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Hiring Radius: Drivers must live within 45 minutes of driving distance/30 miles to Capitol Heights MD or be willing to relocate for this position
