CDL A Local Refrigerated Driver in Kent, WA

Quality Custom Distribution is hiring a CDL A Local Refrigerated Driver in Kent, WA. The driver will haul and deliver multi-temperature control (frozen, refrigerated, and ambient) goods. Compensation

• Average annual pay: $80,000-$95,000
  • $32.20 an hour
  • Overtime Pay: Time and a half after 40 hours
  • 45-50 hours per week on average
• Bonuses include:
  • $1,000 Referral Bonus
  • $5,000 Sign on Bonus.  Based on experience (must have at least 1 year to qualify)
• Paid via direct deposit/weekly

Home Time, Route, & Schedule

• Home Daily!
• Zero layover routes
• Scheduled 10-to-12-hour shifts starting between 4-6 pm. 4 days on 3 days off.
• Route: 300 miles on average
• Level of Touch: Unloading Freight at each drop off location

Equipment

• Late model Volvos & Petes (All Day cabs)
• 36’ & 48’ Lift Gate Trailers (lift gates on tail end)
• Pallet Jack Manual/Electric

Qualifications

• Must have CDL A license
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have a minimum of 1 year verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years
• Must be able to frequently lift/handle cases ranging from 5-50 pounds.
• No DUI/DWIs in last 10 years
• Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations
• Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Must be able to work holidays, nights, and weekends if needed

• Hiring Radius: Drivers must live within 45 minutes of driving distance/30 miles to Kent, WA or be willing to relocate for this position
