Assisting customers over the phone and email, the Product Support Representative- Call Center will answer customer questions related to new product promotions, product information, new product roll-outs, and provide answers for product-related questions. Qualifications:
- High school degree or equivalent required
- Minimum of six months experience in customer service
- Ability to work a rotational weekly schedule which includes starting as early 7:30 am and working as late as 7:00 pm--- working 8 hours per day. Example: Week 1 from 7:30am-4:30pm, Week 2 from 8am-5pm, and so on. Schedules are provided 4 weeks in advance.
- Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree in business, communications or related field
- Demonstrated strong communications skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle moderate to high volumes of incoming phone calls and emails
- Basic typing skills and working knowledge of MS Office or G-Suite
- Problem-solving abilities to provide solutions and resolve customer inquiries
- Passion for customer service
