If you can answer YES to all of these questions, then we are looking for you! A college degree is not required but some experience in IT is.
The opening is for an IT Intern, IT Help Desk L1, or IT Help Desk L2, depending on experience, education, and qualifications.
This is a FULL-TIME ONSITE position in Falls Church, VA.
Required Skills:
- 1 - 3 year of experience in: IT support Desk / Support
- Advanced knowledge in supporting: MS Windows, MS Office, Microsoft 365 Software, Hardware, and Information Security
- Intermediate knowledge in supporting: Networking, Active Directory, and Computer Imaging
- Organized and capable of multitasking in a fast paced, team driven environment
- Ability to handle 24/7 on-call rotational duty
Responsibilities:
- Support 300+ users both onsite and remotely for all IT related issues
- Support 150+ field location back-office networks
- Monitor, triage, and resolve IT support tickets
- Escalate IT support tickets to other IT divisions
- Provide Audio/Visual support for conference and telecommunication systems
- Manage and maintain IT assets/inventory and informational databases
- Provide IT orientation and IT security training to end-users
- Travel to field locations for IT support, as needed
Desired Certifications (one or more):
- CompTIA A+
- CompTIA Network+
- CompTIA Security+
- Microsoft Certification(s)
