THE OPPORTUNITY As the Sr. Manager of the Product Marketing team, you will be responsible for the overall GTM strategy of Xactly's Intelligent Revenue Platform. We are seeking an energetic and motivated team leader who is passionate about product marketing in the hi-tech industry. In this role you will also be leading the product marketing team in their expertise about buyers, customers, their buying criteria, and transfering that knowledge to the sales channel. Attention to detail and an eye for quality, along with the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into benefits is crucial. THE TEAM Xactly Product Management is a lively, tight-knit team consisting of Product Managers, Product Marketers, Transformation and User Experience professionals. We are the innovative forward thinkers of the product, always collaborating and striving to discover the best solutions for our users. THE RESPONSIBILITIES: - Team Leadership and Management: - Directly manage Product Marketing and Market Intelligence team members - Engage in leadership discussions and ensure team alignment - Drive improvements in process and quality - GTM Strategy: - Develop an overall business GTM strategy for Xactly's Intelligent Revenue Platform - Work with product and marketing teams to set, monitor, and achieve financial and market objectives, including TAM, competitive analysis, target markets and persona definition, messaging/positioning, and content creation - Messaging & Positioning: - Develop differentiated product positioning and messaging, value props, use cases, and associated content to be leveraged by global Sales and Marketing teams - Ensure product/solution messaging is accurate and compelling, both internally and externally - Be the expert on our buyers personas; how they buy and their buying criteria - Enablement: - Be the subject matter expert, helping to develop and deliver sales playbooks, tools, and materials for the global sales teams - Work directly with Sales Enablement to ensure ongoing education of the sales team - Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure top of funnel success (e.g., demand generation, content marketing, events, webinars, AR/PR)
