Base Pay: $19 per hour
Total Target Compensation: $26.69 (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission)
Annualized Base + Commission: $55K
Store Address: 20453 Exchange St Ste 103, Ashburn, VA
Signing bonus valued at $1,500 to be paid in three installments. The first $200 will be issued in the pay period following 90 days of employment, the second $650 in the pay period following six months of employment, and the final $650 after one year of employment. Bonus is only payable if the employee is in good standing continuously through the date each payment is made. Candidate must be selected by December 31st. Only candidates hired into the role externally are eligible for the signing bonus during the applicable offering period.

· Prior consumer electronics/wireless retail sales experience is a plus but is not required. Paid training is provided.
· Must be able to carry and lift to 25-pound boxes, stand, and move about the store constantly.
