Barista Needed

Are you a passionate and experienced barista? Pacific Bay Coffee Co., a family-owned, medal-winning, micro-roastery and coffee shop, is looking for experienced baristas that have the strong desire, drive, and dedication to create the perfect cup of coffee and/or tea for customers.

What we are looking for in the barista:

1.) Flexible working schedules (we are open Monday through Sunday)

2.) Ability to multi-task and think fast in a fast-paced environment.

3.) Have knowledge of a POS system.

4.) Ability to do latte art is a plus.

5.) Have a strong passion for coffee and tea, plus knowledge of various brewing methods.

6.) Have strong customer service skills.
