Office Admin Assistant

We are a Fitness Apparel brand in business for over 32 years and we are looking for the right person with the right stuff!  Currently, this Part Time position could turn into full time.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Data entry of customer orders. Analyze the order information. Respond to customers emails and available inventory. Answer emails and phone calls from clients looking to verify orders. Some light packing.

Applicants should have data entry experience. Responsible, enthusiastic self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills. 1-2 years’ Data entry experience. Must demonstrate good problem-solving skills with patience and courtesy. Must work well in a team environment. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment under minimal supervision.
