Qualifications

  • Comprehensive understanding of Information Technology relating to sales and revenue and property management systems.  Including SynXis, SHR Windsurfer, OPERA, RoomKey, and other property management systems.
  • Experience in building professional templates, SOP’s, and Power Points.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Econ, stats, math, finance focuses or 4+ years of experience in hotel revenue management or closely aligned discipline(s). 
  • 1+ years of revenue management or data analytics
  • Analytical, creative, detail oriented, organized, and self-motivated.
  • Proficient in MS Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Ability to execute in a fast-paced environment. Results-oriented with a hands-on orientation.
  • Outstanding project management skills (projects involving internal and external stakeholders) with ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to champion initiatives internally and externally. Ability to communicate internal stakeholders and external agencies.
