Powersceen of California is looking for a Parts Department Sales Associate to join our growing team! We are looking for the right individual to add to our staff in our parts department in our location in Dixon, CA. We are looking for dependable, and reliable people that are comfortable talking on the phone and can navigate differing software for ordering and invoicing of parts. Previous experience in a high-volume dealer of parts would be desirable, but we would train the right candidate. Duties include: Responsible for sales of parts to new and potential customers through contact via electronic ad telephonic means. Professionally communicate with customers to sell and quote correct parts to repair machine issues and meet the customers’ needs to encourage sales and provide customers with the best possible purchasing experience Professionally communicate with service department to supply parts needed for service repairs in a timely manner Invoice and record all sales and customer transactions, also provide credit invoices when needed Display good phone manners, etiquette, and personal appearance daily Maintain a supply of replacement parts based on usage by placing stock orders with Terex Pricing Agreements and other vendors, resolve any problems with low inventory or overstock Track and Trace parts used by service department through HBS and ensuring parts are on repair orders, including transferring parts to service trucks Issue purchase orders to vendors for parts orders Use UPS, XPO, and various shipping/freight companies to ship out customer orders and inter store parts transfers Provide customers with current parts manuals and operations manuals for their units, including recommended spare parts lists when machine sales are made Effectively manage and utilize time within the parts department to maximize efficiency Track parts to make sure orders are received in timely manner Sell more parts than the prior year Other duties as assigned We offer paid benefits for you that include Health, Dental and Vision.
