About the Role
As a Crew Lead for Sticky’s Finger Joint, you will assist the store General Manager in executing store operations during
scheduled shifts and lead crew members and uphold policies when the General Manager is not present. You will be
responsible for being a role model and acting in accordance with Sticky’s Finger Joint guiding principles and best of all,
you’ll be part of a company that is committed to providing a great place to work for all crew members.
Responsibilities
● Welcomes customers with a great first impression by promptly greeting and creating meaningful
connections with each and every guest, in store or over the phone.
● Answers any questions customers may have about Sticky’s menu offerings, ingredients, portions, and allergy information in a professional manner
● Takes and prepares customer orders while providing them educated guidance and recommendations.
● Carefully prepares in-store, delivery, and catering orders; Ensures all customers receive quality food and beverage products consistently by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards.
● Leads by example and provides clear, specific, and respectful coaching and feedback to crew members on shift.
● Proficient use of the POS system and follows all cash management policies.
● Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products and store maintenance at all times.
● Maintains a clean and organized workspace, including cleaning and maintaining the exterior and interior of
the restaurant, to ensure optimal efficiency and a welcoming environment.
● Assists GM with monitoring weekly inventory and ordering and assists GM with keeping balanced stock
counts.
● Preserves a positive work environment by maintaining positive communications with other crew members
and the General Manager.
● Assists with new crew member training by positively reinforcing successful performance and giving respectful and encouraging coaching as needed.
Qualifications
● 1 year of previous food handling or customer service experience in a leadership role.
● Food Handlers license required.
● An energetic and positive attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service to our guests.
● Proactive attention to detail that motivates double-checking orders and solving problems as they arise.
● Excellent ability to follow established procedures and guidelines to deliver consistent, high-quality food to our customers.
● Ability to work smoothly with a team, lead by example, and synchronize processes with others to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.
● Ability to maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events.
● Must be punctual and have strong time management skills.
● Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
● Must be comfortable working in a kitchen environment.
● Must be comfortable using a knife.
