Responsibilities:

• Guaranteeing the best customer service, we can provide in our dining room, drive-thru, catering and Third Party Delivery services
• Leading and ensuring an upbeat and vibrant “Welcome To Moe’s!”
• Aid the general manager in overseeing and completing all day-to-day operations
• Interviewing, on-boarding, training and mentoring new hires
  Coaching and training shift leaders and crew members
  Working with catering team to make certain all deliveries are performed with excellence
• Completing all food safety and managerial documentations
  Providing World Class Service for guests
• Drive sales through repeat customers, speed of service and executing new promotions and initiatives.
• Managing food and labor costs
• Be the subject matter expert for all position
• Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 years restaurant experience and 1-year management experience
• Self-discipline and strong initiative
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to represent self in a professional manner, polite and clean in appearance.
• Effective multi-tasker
• ServSafe Certified
• Job Type: Full-time
• Pay: Hourly Position
   

Required qualifications:

• 18 years or older
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Preferred qualifications:

• Comfortable handling customer complaints
• Able to stand for duration of shift
• Able to comfortably lift 50 lbs
• Food Service license/certification: ServSafe Manager Certification
• Valid driver's license
• Available to work: weekends
• Available to work: weekdays
