HVAC Lead Installer - Residential & Light Commercial Services

IMMEDIATE OPENING FOR HVAC LEAD INSTALLER

Must be drug free, local, have a good driving record, and a minimum of 4+ years experience being lead guy on projects.

$23-$35/hr.

Must be a hands on leader, personable, and have an eye for detail.

We install, service, and maintain residential and light commercial heat pumps, furnaces, water source, mini splits, refrigeration, indoor air quality, duct cleaning, variable speed, and much more. If you want to advance your skill sets in doing things the right way while working in a laid back atmosphere where the culture is not about working you to death and that doesn’t cheat their clients, give us a call. We believe in a work/home life balance. Installers are usually off by 4-5pm. We offer a surplus based job system that pays extra for getting the project done efficiently. Example: a job is bid for 15 hours. A 2 man team gets the job done in 12 hours. That team splits the remaining 3 hours. It's like getting paid to not actually be working.

Must have valid driver's license and live within 30 minutes of our location. Attention to detail is necessary to uphold our quality standards that people know us for. We are a teaching company that will utilize our combined knowledge to use the best procedure for whatever the job is.
