We partner with animal hospitals in need of staffing help. They tell us when and how often they need coverage, and our docs sign up for those shifts in our system. It's kind of like relief work, minus the hustle, the headache, the loneliness, and all the paperwork.
You choose your own hours and where you want to practice—small private practices, large corporate groups, shelters, ERs — and customize your schedule to suit your life. Work when you want, take off when you want (PTO!). Return to the same practices on repeat, or diversify. The choice is always up to you.

Requirements: minimum of two years of post-DVM/VMD work experience and an active veterinary license in one or more of the following states—PA, NY, NJ, MD, DE, VA, DC, FL, GA, MA—or the ability to get licensed in those states with our support. Internship training is a plus.
