We are looking for a Senior Consultant to join our growing team within Brand Strategy. In this client facing role, you will manage teams and help facilitate all phases of client projects. The ideal candidate will have had experience with project management and team management, have a passion for quantitative data analysis, and demonstrated success in managing client partnerships. This position can sit in San Francisco, Los Angeles, New York City, Chicago, or Boston. Brand Strategy (formerly MaPS) is famous for our highly sophisticated custom market research approaches, robust analytic capabilities, and strategic marketing consulting services. We use connected data intelligence to unlock insights that help clients drive growth. KEY OUTCOMES As a Senior Consultant, you will work on project teams of varying size to help facilitate all phases of market research brand strategy projects. Specifically, you will: - Oversee day-to-day activities of client engagements ensuring overall quality of project process and client deliverables - Manage all phases of a quantitative market research study, from questionnaire design and field management to reporting of results - Coordinate team efforts around data interpretation and statistical analysis to identify key insights for clients - Develop story-driven reports and client deliverables that synthesize market research data to meaningfully address client business objectives - Manage and support the growth of junior team members CAPABILITIES Senior Consultants should have 2-4 years of experience in market research, and show a strong interest in wanting to solve problems through data-driven solutions. Additional requirements include: - Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s a bonus) with superior academic credentials - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Excellent research, analytical and creative problem-solving skills - Strong aptitude for and/or experience in project leadership and management - Demonstrated initiative and results orientation, with a high degree of follow-through and collegiality - Orientation toward accuracy and attention to detail - Excellent PC skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint - A passion and demonstrated aptitude for quantitative data analysis - Ability to build a strong working relationship with clients and with members across the organization JOIN US At Kantar we have an integrated way of rewarding our people based around a simple, clear and consistent set of principles.
