administrative assistant

Full time administrative assistant for EMS academy. Supports Director, corporate officers, instructors and students and customers. Responsible for detailed record keeping, interacting with suppliers and contacts, updating and processing contracts and other administrative duties. Collecting payments and proper cash flow is essential part of the job, other duties as determined by management and needs of Corporation. Ability to interact with others on a pleasant and professional basis required. Experience in this field preferred.

Pay rate is $15.00 per hour to start DOE and potential for increased income based upon performance.
