Exciting opportunity in emerging Nolensville!
For the last 4 years, I've trained under some top of the top State Farm agents in the country, so I could learn how they managed and ran their businesses to open my own. I am now looking to pay forward that same experience to some other highly motivated individuals so they can have this same opportunity!

This is typically a 2-5 year commitment and will start with you learning the ropes of insurance and how our office customizes and simplifies insurance and financial services.

What you'll do:
· Achieve sales goals through generating new business and cross selling customers
· Identify and qualify leads generated through a variety of sources
· Protect our customers by customizing a protection plan for them
· Educate our customers on the risks they face while building great relationships
· Provide a positive, personalized experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
- Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be able to commute to Nolensville, TN
- Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Experience managing client relationships is preferred
- Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
- Able to obtain Insurance Producers License in Property, Casualty, Life, Health
- Dedicated to customer service
- Able to anticipate customer needs
- Able to effectively relate to a customer
- Bilingual Spanish Preferred
