About the Opportunity:- We currently have multiple openings for a Mental Health RN to a well-known recovery center and hospital located in Worcester, MA- They provide intermediate and long-term inpatient care for individuals with serious and persistent mental illness who live in Massachusetts- You will direct and participate in the nursing care of adult and geriatric patients on an inpatient unit following standards of care
Mental Health Registered Nurse Responsibilities:- Directs, supervises, and provides nursing care in assigned area- Provides nursing care to patients by assessing health status, recording related health data, administering standard nursing treatment, evaluating patients’ conditions, etc- Admits, discharges, and transfers patients- Administer treatment and medications as prescribed by a physician according to established hospital procedures
