Position Summary

OnePoint's HCM Solutions Consultants are systems experts and trusted advisors who excel in partnering with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure that the best possible product mix is presented to clients and prospects by delivering exceptional software demonstrations and strong consultative value.

OnePoint's HCM's Solution Consultant role supports our sales teams in a complex sales environment and engages in various pre-sale activities including needs analysis, solution development, product demonstrations, business case and financial justifications, executive presentations, proposal responses, and overall collaboration on the selling process with the sales team to ensure that the offering meets all customer requirements. In addition, OnePoint's Solution Consultants engage with existing customers to help optimize their solution set by ensuring they are leveraging OnePoint's latest advancements in technology and product capabilities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support the pre-sales activity of OnePoint’s software platforms.
  • Successful completion of training on our software.
  • Develop and maintain the deep product knowledge required to solve clients’ and prospects' business challenges.
  • Act as “trusted advisors” to clients, prospects, our sales team, and our internal support departments.
  • Understand and clearly articulate how the technologies supporting OnePoint's solutions make our products highly functional and highly reliable.
  • Assess current business challenges solve them with OnePoint's solutions.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and communicate effectively at all levels within an organization.
  • Stay informed on industry topics and share thought leadership with our clients, prospects and internal team.
  • Readily exchange ideas so we can innovate, adapt and continually improve our performance.
  • Cross Train to fill in the gaps in other departments during downtime, including Implementation, Service and Client Trainings onsite, when needed.
  • Deliver monthly client and/or prospect facing webinars demonstrating the OnePoint Solution in specific topic areas aligned to current marketing pushes.
  • Reports directly to the Director of HCM Solutions and demonstrates continued growth in knowledge on all subjects of the OnePoint Solution.
