The Junior Motion Graphics Designer Co-op will be a key member of the in-house agency team focused on delivering high-performance creative and engaging storytelling to build the DraftKings brand and business. The successful candidate will work closely with the internal creative team to craft unique concepts to use across a variety of media including broadcast, digital, out-of-home, in-app and more.

What you'll do as a Junior Motion Graphics Designer Co-op:
  • Under the management and mentorship of creative leadership, develop an in-depth understanding of the DraftKings brand, products, sales and marketing strategies.
  • Work closely with other creative team members and Account team to execute designs (social graphics, ad pops, tv graphics and any additional support for motion graphics needs).
  • Responsible for executing design work for sold programs, sponsorships and media buys from creative concept to final production.
  • Design and resize advertiser ad units, co-branded units, social media visuals and various web projects.
  • Manage and complete multiple projects within the scope of project deadlines.
What you'll bring:
  • Must currently be attending a four year college or university.
  • The ideal candidate has the following key attributes: creativity, collaborative spirit, confidence, initiative and enthusiasm.
  • Available full-time from January - April/June 2022 (4 or 6 month co-op).
  • 0-2 years experience in a related role.
  • Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite including AfterEffects and Photoshop.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
  • A passion for design and a relevant portfolio.
  • Demonstrated understanding of modern marketing (digital, experiential & social).
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to roll-up sleeves and get the work - big and small - done.
  • Passionate self-starter with high-level of initiative, strong sense of ownership, and a disciplined approach to quality and its effect on the intended audience.
  • Avid sports fan and fantasy sports enthusiast a plus.
