Full-time Patient Care Coordinator

We are a Medical & Medical Aesthetics Clinic in Lexington, KY seeking a full-time Patient Care Coordinator.

Some of the duties for the PCC are as follows but are not limited to,

Ø Assist Patients to ensure Customer Satisfaction

Ø Patient Registration & Patient flow

Ø Administer Patient Contracts/Sign ups

Ø Scheduling of new and current Patients

Ø Checking out Patients & POS

Ø Ensure Consultation rooms are kept clean and neat and setup for patients

Ø Answer Phones/Fax

Ø Enter Patient Data

Qualifications/Skills:

Ø Multi-tasking and self motivated

Ø Telephone skills and excellent communications skills

Ø Customer Service

Ø Time Management

Ø Organization

Ø Attention to detail

Ø Word Processing

Ø Professionalism

Ø Quality focus

Ø Previous experience with Microsoft Office and Google Sheets is preferred

Benefits/Schedule:

Ø Pay is based on experience but would be a minimum of $12 per hour

Ø Base Schedule of Monday-Friday 8:15am-5:30pm, Varies
