What FIRSTLIGHT CNA’s do for our Clients...
At FirstLight we take a holistic approach to client care. Our CNA’s work in the client’s home and help them with "Activities of Daily Living '' or ADL’s, such as assistance with mobility, feeding, dressing, and personal hygiene. They also help with light home-based needs, in addition to helping them get to medical appointments, run errands or pick up groceries.  shopping and groceries. They also provide meaningful social interaction, companionship and support.
QUALIFICATIONS

●	Active CNA License in either Missouri or Kansas - New and Experienced both welcome!
●	Driver’s License and reliable transportation
●	Reliable and Disciplined- someone who is consistent, punctual and organized. 
●	Possess integrity and Honesty - someone of high moral character
●	Maintain good hygiene, appearance and dress appropriately for work
●	Has a soft spot for seniors and our more vulnerable populations
●	Ability to carry out directions, and document care notes according to client plan

QUALIFICATIONS
At least 1 year caregiving experience
Must be available weekdays from 7am-7pm
Must be able to work On-Call, and fill shifts at a moments notice
Experience assisting with all 6 ADL's
Personable - outgoing - enjoys conversation and helping others
Accountable and Disciplined- Someone who takes ownership of their responsibilities
Integrity and Honesty - someone of high moral character
Empathetic, Patient, Compassionate and Respectful of others
A commitment to being present with clients and providing quality care
Ability to carry out directions, both verbal and written
Driver’s License and reliable transportation
Positive attitude and desire to help others and share your talent for care
