Your Day to Day

· Researching the cost of items such as materials, transport, labor and equipment

· Assessing the risk levels associated with a project

· Monitoring the costs at the different stages of a project to ensure it stays within the estimated costs

· Communicates with coworkers, estimators, paint technicians and body techs.

· We will pay a generous additional amount for individuals who are bi-lingual (English and Spanish).

· Communicates in a positive manner and impacts all employees in the business.

· Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

How You Contribute

· Responsible for ensuring the completion of vehicle repairs from receipt of keys from the customer to delivery of vehicle.

· Guide customers through repair process with timely updates to ensure great customer service

· Inspect and analyze damaged vehicle

· Familiar with insurance company protocols to ensure compliance when making reports

· Provide clear, consistent and timely communication with all customers and employees.

· Create trust and respect through daily interaction with estimators, painters and other employees.

· Work effectively in a team environment, manage several projects simultaneously, determine project urgency and set priorities to complete tasks and projects within established deadlines.

What You Bring to the Team

A Great Attitude

· Experience is always a plus, but we will also provide full training if needed or if this is your first time working in automotive repair and restoration.

Other Key Skills

· This position requires repeated standing, walking and navigation through the building. Qualified candidates will be able to lift up to 70 lbs individually and will get assistance in rare situations when lifting over 70 lbs. Must be able to work rapidly for extended periods of time.

· Work is primarily performed in a busy automotive/paint/repair environment.

· The ability to multitask and focus in this environment is essential.

· Basic knowledge of automobile parts is highly preferred.

· Excellent customer service skills.

· Strong organizational skills

· Strong problem-solving skills

· Able to complete tasks on time with accuracy and attention to detail in a multi-task environment, often without direct supervision

· Insurance estimation experience is a plus
