Field Tech Analyst

Job Description This position will support ITOT infrastructure at the local plant in partnership with the ITS Team and the Connected Enterprise Team. This role will be part of the implementation of the Connected Enterprise system as well as ongoing support after the implementation is complete. Job Duties Supporting technology systems including Display devices Quality equipment Push to print equipment Locating networkpower drops Site surveys Tracking down system data abnormalities Requirements Knowledge of the local plant layout Ability to read blueprints Familiarity with ethernet infrastructure technology Understanding of the flow of data from the lines to the systems IT generalist with Good troubleshooting skills Ability to manage vendorscontractors Good time managementtask managementorganizational skills Knowledge of Advaris, plant specific systems, and processes
