Description:

This role will start at the front desk to fill in for someone going out on leave. This could end up being a full time long term role because business is picking up.

Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00am- 4:00pm (30 minute lunch)

This position will sit at the front desk answering phones, directing calls, filing, handing out and collecting timecards, etc.. General office duties. Will assist with checking people in for interviews and training classes and possibly help with some basic phone screening of candidates. Will get together marketing packets and perform shredding of documents as needed. Could potentially be updating spreadsheets if they have experience working with Excel.
